OVERSEAS TRAINING CENTER
Our Training Centre has been established since 2022. We strongly believe that proper education and training will better prepare our helpers with the necessary skills and knowledge before they are deployed to work in Singapore. Our trainers are qualified with more than 10 years of experience in this field. Our helpers undergo 2 months of pre-deployment training and assessment before they are deployed to Singapore.
Our Own Transport Services:
Coordination and transportation arrangements are necessary to finish the procedure for newly arrived helpers. Our transportation services include travelling to the Ministry of Manpower, embassies, clients’ residences, airports, clinics, offices and lodging etc. In order for our clients to experience a seamless process when they engage our service, our committed team of drivers work tirelessly to guarantee that all details are taken care of so you can have a peace of mind.
Overseas Support
We provide support and assistance for your helper in the overseas processing procedures. Our overseas team will be closely in touch with your helper and communicate in their native language to ensure proper and smooth transition from overseas to Singapore.
Post-Placement Support: Counselling & Translation Services
We understand the challenges you may face as your helper is adapting to your household, especially for first-time helpers and/or first-time employers. We provide counselling and/or translation services with our in-house translators whenever the need may arise for you. We want to provide our assistance to improve the communication barrier between you and your helper. We provide counselling and translation services to bridge the communication gap between both parties, to help understand each other better or in the event of any problems.
Post-Placement Support: Unlimited & Unwavering Support
